About Perfect_connection

I am originally Brazilian from the city of Rio De Janeiro. I grew up surrounded by spirituality.   My mother is a spiritual physic and medium healer so I have always been really connected to nature and their elements. I’m a philanthropist, and lover of living, I practice as a holistic health and life style coach and my love to empower people to make healthy life style choices guiding everyone to be the best versions of themselves  through good attitude, diet, breathing techniques, yoga and meditation. They are the essential components to lead you on your pah of wellness.

Throughout my entire life  since a really young age I was really connected to my body. I did ballet contemporary dance, salsa and tango.

My love with yoga started at the age of 16 years old. To me, yoga is a dance from the soul. Each pose takes you on a journey as you breathe you feel the expansion of all your senses.

Yoga, meditation and sound healing therapy is my life passion and I am honored to be able to work with what I love to do. My heart is full of joy when I know that I am helping someone find their own self love, their own melody and respect to themselves.

Holistic therapies are energetic beings of light and love and once you tap into this frequency life gets so much bigger no matter how many bumps you find on your way. As you find your inner balance you know that you’ve got this.

Holistic therapies Yoga Styles

I practice all different types of yoga, including;

Yin Yoga is based on the Taoist concept of Yin and Yang, opposite and complementary principles in nature – Yin is the stable, unmoving hidden aspect of things; Yang is the changing, moving, revealing aspect. In the body of respective stiff connective tissues (tendons, ligaments, fascia are Yin, while the more mobile and pliable muscles and blood are Yang. Yin Yoga consists of a series of long held, passive floor poses that mainly work on the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, and lower spine. These issues are especially rich in connective tissues.

Restorative Yoga is a great prescription for mental catharsis, muscle relaxation and stress relief. As you practice restorative yoga, you start creating space in the body, that way you alleviate any kind of deep mental and physical stress. We hold into the poses for around 10 to 20 minutes, that way we also help to regulate the nervous system that is the key to regulate our emotions and we reduce cortisol levels (the stress hormone).

The idea of Hatha Yoga is to balance the energies of those two elements – Ha, which means sun, and tha, which means moon. The word Hatha means force. The Hatha Yoga practice is slow paced and with more statics holds with breathe techniques; giving time for the client to engage with their connection of body and mind.

A sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and even the human voice itself – however, in reference to my classes, the only thing used are authentic Nepalese Singing Bowls.

Holistic therapies Mission

Holistic therapies Mission is very simple – my goal with my clients is to help them open their hearts and mind to a much higher reality for their lives, to help them believe that anything is possible when you choose to listen from your heart and soul instead of our mechanical minds. We create our world with our thoughts and so if we change the way we talk to ourselves, our reality changes for the better.

The only thing we can physically control in our life is our breathe and how we are connected to Holistic therapies. All the other things are the fruits of what we plant along the way.
